You are the missing piece, if you are a law student with 4 finished semesters, you are keen on learning how to assist startup projects across the EU. If you are interested in gaining work experience in an international environment without the atmosphere of the multinational law firm chains and if you believe that the Scandinavian business culture and the result and project-oriented professional work are more of the future than the classic schemes, we are looking for you.

Our operations manager helps in the development of the operational procedures both internally and externally and supports the company’s productivity and efficiency towards the clients.
Tasks:
- Ensuring all operations are carried out in a stable way with client focus in mind
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential inefficiencies
- Improving operational management systems, processes, best practices
- Overseeing long term planning and execution of relevant operational and business development strategies
- Supporting client communication
- Performing daily administrative tasks
- Organising team buildings and other internal and external events
- Recruitment and support of staff if necessary

As a virtual advisory company, we are looking for our new team member, a brand manager.
We are looking for you if you have a keen eye on marketing and eager to help us with branding and PR activities circling our current and future clients in the Scandinavian and CEE regions. You will be able to get an insight into many areas and develop your own sound in the framework of a wide range of branding tasks.
Tasks:
- All-round cooperation and coordination of our media communication and coverage
- Managing and harmonising our social media platforms
- Overseeing plannings, content creation and execution of our marketing campaigns
- Organising participation both at online and offline events
- Plan, implement and manage public relations of the company
- Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand
- Shaping brand image
Expectations:
- Fluency in English

Being digitally aware, by default we had already built our business model in 2012 on cloud-based systems and different online tools that make flexibility, remote work and online cooperation easily possible. Furthermore, we adopted different automation and tech tools powered by AI in the course of our work to eliminate the manpower needed for time-consuming, less value-added work and easy processes. This process, however, is far from its conclusion.
